We need more people like you to become leaders, so we can make the world a better place. Leaders need confidence. Here’s what you need to do…
Researchers at Harvard University recorded people’s cortisol (stress hormone) levels before and after standing and sitting in ‘power poses’…
Low power and high power poses
They found that when people stood or sat in particular positions their stress hormone levels dropped significantly. Likewise, when they sat in ‘low-power’ poses the opposite happened.

The researchers determined that this is a practical technique people can use to help them feel more confident. We need you to use this technique to help you become a better leader.

It’s really important that people who care about the planet increase their knowledge, confidence and skills so they’re better able to help the world in the battle against climate change. That’s why many of the days in 100 Days to Save the World are designed to help you become a better leader.
