Write down all the meals you’ll eat this week on your phone.

Only buy the food required for the meals in your plan. That way you won’t waste food because you won’t buy things and forget about them until they go off.
Include snacks if you know you’ll snack. Get some carbon neutral or carbon negative snacks if you want to minimize your impact on the environment.
