Earthjustice is a non-profit organization that helps fight legal battles that prevent climate change and other environmental injustices.

Public comments can be used in court to support cases against actions or laws that are damaging to the environment. The more comments Eathjustice receives, the better.

Federal agencies are legally obliged to pause what they’re doing and ask for — and consider — your comment. If someone or something is causing climate change, Earthjustice can help to prevent it by making it illegal.
