Day 64: Go vegan 3 days a week

If everyone in the world became vegetarian today we’d prevent the slaughter of 50 billion chickens by this time next year.

The raising, feeding and processing of livestock produce a lot of greenhouse gases. Animal agriculture accounts for 14.5% of global emissions.

If we really want to get to net-zero emissions we’re going to have to stop eating meat, fish and dairy, or offset the related emissions. That’s the choice.
You can start making a difference–without having to fully commit–by going vegan for three days per week. Try it, you might like it!

If you want to eat it from time to time, you’ll need to participate in another carbon capture program, such as the Ecologi one to offset the greenhouse gas produced by the farming and production of the meat you eat.

Imagine...

Imagine if 1 million people completed 100 Days to Save the World.

We would change the world.

It's possible.

Imagine how the world could be.

It's up to us to change it. Not someone else.
