To make the most of the time when you’re awake you need to get the best sleep so that you feel energized and focused during the day. So how do you optimize your sleep?

Create a calming evening routine. Don’t watch exciting TV. Instead, listen to sounds of nature on YouTube. Practice emptying your mind of all thoughts and just focus on breathing deeply and slowly.

Focus on relaxing your muscles one at a time. Start by relaxing your shoulders, then your arms, legs and feet. Relax all your muscles one at a time until they’re completely loose.
